Air conditioning units
Mega yachts are often traveling in warm climate zones, and with this, air conditioning and ventilation technology is often subject to high temperatures and stress. NOSKE-KAESER carefully selects the components for its air conditioning units for the use on mega yachts to ensure a maximum of comfort on board. This applies to both outdoor spot cooling as well as to air conditioning units integrated into the interior. During the design phase, we focus on low-noise operation.
Among other things, mega yachts are characterized by the performance to be provided in terms of speed. This means an extremely high heat load of large engines in the narrowest of spaces. NOSKE-KAESER air-conditions these rooms via seawater or ventilates them with filtered outside air in order to ensure heat dissipation with as little noise as possible. The design of components used by NOSKE-KAESER is individually tailored to the selected interior.
Fan coil units
Mega yachts are mostly traveling in warm climate zones. Fan coil units by NOSKE-KAESER for the use on mega yachts are optimally integrated, and thus air conditioning is neither visible, nor can it be heard or felt. The design is characterized by its compactness, low air speed and running smoothness.
Axial, radial, high-pressure fans
Fans on mega yachts are often used for the ventilation of rooms that are in different fire protection zones. NOSKE-KAESER uses efficient external rotor motors as well as EC motors on the corresponding fans to achieve the optimal most energy-efficient operating point at a very high air volume.
Provision cooling systems
NOSKE-KAESER delivers its proven provision cooling systems with particularly high-quality coating for the use on mega yachts, meeting also the high degree of aesthetic demands in this area.
Waste cooling systems
Even on board of luxury yachts, waste has to be stored. NOSKE-KAESER provides the correct cooling system for proper waste storage. With individual systems, also in a redundant design, we design customer-specific solutions to equip waste cooling rooms and thus provide a correct installation and reliable operation.
Chilled water units
For the use on mega yachts, NOSKE-KAESER provides application-specific and custom-tailored water chillers with piston or screw compressors and a high-quality coating, individually applied according to the customer’s request.
NOSKE-KAESER offers a diverse range of fire-extinguishing systems using water as an extinguishing agent. Be it hydrant, sprinkler, low-pressure or high-pressure water mist systems: NOSKE-KAESER designs, manufactures and installs individually designed fire-extinguishing systems for the main fire-extinguishing system as well as for enclosures of engines and energy generators.
NOSKE-KAESER offers the complete range of CO2 fire-extinguishing systems for the use on yachts. In rooms with a high fire load, such as for example engine rooms or paint storage rooms, CO2-based automated fire-extinguishing systems are used. Fixed systems replace the mobile units required by classification societies.
NOSKE-KAESER designs, delivers and installs pipe systems for any type of on-board operation systems. In this regard, we are able to process different materials depending on the type of medium to be fed.
NOSKE-KAESER manufactures custom-tailored switchboards and control systems with which you will be able to gain a quick and comprehensive overview of our different systems on board. All control cabinets are manufactured pursuant to the requirements according to standards and provisions of the international classification societies DNV, GL, LR, BV as well as the VDE testing and certification institute. For the use on naval vessels and submarines, the control cabinets are delivered in a shock-resistant and vibration-proof design.
Die NOSKE-KAESER Schalt-und Steuerungsanlagen können mit einer SPS und einem Touchpanel für Bedienung und detaillierter Fehleranzeige ausgerüstet werden. Eine Visualisierung des jeweiligen Systems sowie die Bedienung und Überwachung können auch mit einem oder mehreren abgesetzten Bedienpanelen erfolgen. Für die Überwachung unserer Anlagen wird eine Schnittstelle zu den übergeordneten Leitsystemen des Schiffes bereitgestellt.
